A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way

We are a set of individuals who served three years in the most prestigious institute within Ananda College the Prefects’ Guild of Ananda College Colombo 10. Within a three year period we were able to achieve massive feats of leadership skills in how to follow, organize and to lead as an individual and as a team . We formed a qualified set of team who served in the Prefects Guild as the Head Prefect, Deputy Head Prefects and as Senior Prefects who formed an organization called “LEAD” to unlock the hidden potential of the young generation to break out from their shell to be the born leader who they destined to be.
